Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Help others on the team with questions and solutions
- Install new HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Conduct system inspections and identify potential problems or hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about their HVAC systems and any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and assist in their professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
