The Customer Service Representative at R & R serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive customer experience. The representative is responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to upholding R & R’s values of reliability and excellence in customer care.
Responsibilities:
· Handling customer calls to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
· Schedule service/maintenance appointments.
· Providing fast, friendly, and fun customer service to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Experience with Service Titan’s platform.
· Effective communication skills with the ability to deescalate if needed and build trust.
· Must be extremely detail oriented and able to accurately process transactions.
· Ability to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of accountability within a collaborative team environment.
· Critical thinker with strong analytical skill set.
· Display a high level of professionalism with a customer service mindset.
· Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to: MS Word, Excel and database programs.
· High school or equivalent
· 1 year of customer service experience
The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.
Salary Description:
$20-$22/Hourly DOE
