Great opportunity for an experienced warehouse team member. We are a fast-moving HVAC company and have a family atmosphere and an amazing team.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining inventories of multiple products and materials related to HVAC electrical and plumbing heating and air.
· Order materials and equipment for fast-moving projects.
· Maintain relationships with distributor Rep’s.
· You will work directly for the project manager and manage freight coming in daily.
· You will prepare for projects by picking materials from our inventory stock and ordering special materials from suppliers.
· You will assist in inventory and supplying company vehicles with materials related to projects.
· You will unpack and repack company trailers and trucks preparing them for the upcoming projects.
· You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
· Notify Department Managers and PMs of any shortages of stock items.
· Perform monthly inventory count.
· Put away all extra materials brought back by installers the day before.
Salary Description:
$30-$36/Hourly DOE
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Experience with Service Titan’s platform.
· Previous experience in warehouse management or similar role, preferably in an HVAC/Plumbing/Electric Industry
· 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of understanding of Warehouse Management System
· Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment
· Trailer towing experience
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
· Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
· Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
· Must be well organized and have a positive attitude.
· Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record of at least 5 years.
The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.
Salary : $30 - $36
