REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- 2 years of Personal Lines experience preferred
- Superior customer service skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Accurate, efficient, and proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding phone etiquette and listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
- Experience utilizing an agency management system (AMS360 preferred)
- Experience with carriers dedicated to providing coverage for High Net Worth clients preferred
- Property & Casualty Insurance license required
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Customer Service Agent with R&R’s Personal Lines service team, you are responsible for servicing a dedicated book of business and maintaining industry-leading retention by educating clients about their insurance coverages, processing requested coverage changes, identifying and resolving gaps in coverage, reviewing renewal policies, and assisting clients with claims. Our CSA’s embrace a proactive work approach and build long lasting relationships with clients & insurance partners. Working within R&R’s team based environment, you will have the opportunity to be a resource for other team members and partner with a wide range of insurance carriers to find the most comprehensive coverage solution for your clients. You’ll also be responsible for the upselling and account-rounding of your own book of business, helping to contribute to the continued growth of R&R!
