At R&R Insurance, we’re seeking a passionate Education and Training Advisor to guide and inspire our team on their professional development journey. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, we want you to bring your expertise to our Waukesha office (this role is not remote or hybrid).
As our Education and Training Advisor, You Will:
- Partner with new Sales Executives to identify and address their training needs.
- Create and deliver engaging, tailored learning programs on essential insurance topics.
- Mentor employees, offering guidance on licensing, career growth, and mastering agency tools.
- Conduct mock proposals and provide constructive feedback for impactful client presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying skill gaps and recommending growth strategies.
We’re Seeking Someone With:
- High School Diploma and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the commercia insurance industry. Relevant experience is heavily focused on service type responsibilities, such as policy management and coverage analysis. Experience with both an insurance agency and carrier is a plus.
- Proven expertise in insurance policy analysis and mentoring professionals of all skill levels.
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple training plans effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Vertafore tools, including Reference Connect, AMS360 and Producer Plus.
