What you'll do: Manages contract and vendor services for Management Professionals, Inc., a subsidiary of R&R Realty Group. Administers vendor agreements, service pricing and Advantage Property Management reporting.
- Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
- Reviews and reconciles tenant direct charges on a monthly basis and investigates any discrepancies in reporting. Tracks and documents separate meters used to assess utility charges on a monthly basis.
- Administers invoice preparation and tracking, monitors and reconciles Advantage cash management, ensures funds are collected in a timely manner.
- Prepares, reviews and distributes Advantage Property Management financial reporting packages monthly.
- Administers capital and/or tenant improvement project contracts in accordance with contract and insurance guidelines and templates.
- Administers all property service RFP's and subsequent vendor contracts in accordance with annual requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective competitive services are in place for all key services.
- Assists management, employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
- Answers phones and provides administrative support to R&R and MPI front desks as needed.
What it takes to join our team: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
