What you'll do : This position compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties.
- Scans, indexes and converts invoices into Yardi.
- Prepares accounts payable checks.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing.
- Provides phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed.
What it takes to join our team : Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
