Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a lawn care crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance, good hygiene, and clear communication with team members and clients.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and skill level.
- Monitor job quality and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Drive company vehicles and ensure equipment is properly loaded and transported.
- Assist with scheduling, time management, and overall workflow improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of professional lawn care experience required.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Must maintain good hygiene and a neat appearance while on the job.
- Ability to operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
