Job Overview
Responsible for customer interaction, customer satisfaction, customer experience and customer development. Responsible for interacting with customers during inbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, explaining details about services they are inquiring about, making them aware of additional services that we offer.
Set up new accounts in data base, process work orders, coordinate payment and billing transactions. Work to troubleshoot with customer issues and coordinate communication with field personnel to ensure highest customer satisfaction possible. As well as general support on other projects.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
