Position Title:
General Labor

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for packaging and processing fresh produce in compliance with USDA, FDA, BRC, and company regulations. Ensures product quality, safety, and adherence to established standards throughout the handling process.

Responsibilities:

· Package and process fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.

· Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.

· Factory/warehouse/cooler setting.

· Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.

· Bending, twisting, turning, handling, gripping, lifting, carrying, pushing pulling and walking is involved in day to day operation.

· Products weigh between 1 oz up to 50 pounds.

· Overtime is required

· Work schedule will be Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri – 7am to finish, usually by 3pm. Thursday and Saturday’s off. We do pay time and half for overtime.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

· Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day

· Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week
