The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the recording of payment of goods and services rendered by the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed. The Accounts Receivable Specialist serves as back-up for the Accounts Receivable team members as business needs may require.

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during day shift hours. Some extended hours or weekends may be required based on business needs.

- Answers customer inquiries
- Maintains accounts receivable reports, spread sheets and accounts receivable files
- Reviews on hold orders for release
- Resolve customer disputes
- Collections, Calling and other correspondence to support
- Special Projects as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years previous accounts receivable experience
- Excellent computer skills including Excel
- Experience with various accounting and general ledger software
- Experience in a public company and SOX compliant organization a plus.
