About the Role
We are seeking a Senior BI Engineer to design, optimize, and implement AI-powered BI & Data Warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML-driven analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-level BI & DW solutions with AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Design interactive dashboards, DAX calculations, and data visualization strategies using Power BI.
- Architect efficient data models, ETL pipelines, and performance-optimized SQL queries.
- Integrate AI/ML (LLMs, Auto-ML, NLP) to enhance predictive analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align BI strategies with business objectives and data governance best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, dashboards, visualization best practices).
- 10 years of expertise in SQL development, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- 5 years with Python, Java, or R for data processing & automation.
- 3 years in Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
- 2 years of experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), Auto-ML, or NLP for AI-driven BI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise-level data architecture & modeling.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS ETL tools (AWS Glue, Step Functions, Crawlers).
- AWS professional certifications (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days onsite per week).
