MINIMUM TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- At least ten (10) years of working experience in Information Technology or Information System (IT or IS) fields with most experience in software development, database development and administration, or data conversion/migration for medium complexity software systems.
- At least five (5) years of experience decomposing programming logic, such as job flows and system procedure (JCLs).
- Experience creating logical and physical data models for various relational databases, using and updating a data dictionary on at least three (3) projects.
- Experience documenting system and data interfaces on at least two (2) projects.
- At least three (3) years of experience with coding using Natural in an ADABAS environment.
- At least (3) years of experience working closely with business analysts, data custodians, and technologists.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services Programs.
