Mainframe Developer

Mandatory Qualifications (MQ #)
1. At least ten (10) years of working experience in Information Technology or Information System (IT or IS) fields with most experience in software development, database development and administration, or data conversion/migration for medium complexity software systems.
2. At least five (5) years of experience decomposing programming logic, such as job flows and system procedure (JCLs).
3. Experience creating logical and physical data models for various relational databases, using and updating a data dictionary on at least three (3) projects.
4. Experience documenting system and data interfaces on at least two (2) projects.
5. At least three (3) years of experience with coding using Natural in an ADABAS environment.
6. At least (3) years of experience working closely with business analysts, data custodians, and technologists.
Desirable Qualifications (DQ)
1. Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services Programs.
