What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer/Operator for Excavation Business position at R.W. Excavation, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation and construction projects
- Dig trenches and prepare work sites for construction
- Retaining Walls
- Move and transport materials, including dirt, gravel, and other construction materials
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Clean and organize work areas
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure work is completed to specifications
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure work area is kept clean and safe
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Experience in construction or excavation is preferred
