Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute IT projects according to established timelines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and third-party contractors.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement necessary changes to achieve project goals.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven work experience as an IT Project Specialist or similar role in the IT industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient knowledge of project management tools and software applications.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
