Senior Data Engineer

R1 RCM Holdco, Inc., Senior Data Engineer (Multiple Positions), Murray, UT.

Support planning, designing, and implementing R1 RCM Holdco, Inc.'s centralized data lake solution for reporting and analytics across all applications within the company. Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions. Work with other teams with deep experience in machine learning, distributed microservices, and data science domains to understand how to centralize their data and provide solutions. Perform thorough data analysis, uncover opportunities, and address business problems. Use health care revenue cycle management data to build effective data models and pipeline automations and to serve the downstream value stream applications and products. The salary range is $137,649 - $168,152 per year. #LI-DNI

WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F (9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Information Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Information Science, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following : Scala, Spark, or Databricks for data transformation; Apache Airflow orchestration tool to design and create production ready ETL pipeline jobs; SQL and NoSQL database systems; Distributed system architecture design; Development in Azure or AWS cloud environment; Acquiring and preparing data from source data systems; Building both relational and non-relational data models; and Agile methodology.

Telecommuting permitted 5 days a week, depending on business need.
