Position Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on configuring Workday Financials, managing system administration, and improving reporting capabilities.
✅ Manager: 3 years of Workday Financials experience
✅ Director: 8 years of Workday Financials experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Workday FDM and optimize Financials modules
- Develop advanced, composite, and matrix reports using Workday Report Writer
- Oversee system administration and improvements
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams
Requirements:
- Strong FDM Configuration and Workday Financials expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer
- Accounting/financial background preferred
- Workday certifications are a plus
