Job Overview
R2 Management Partners provides back-office accounting, estimating, job-cost management, financial management and operational support to homebuilders and residential lot developers. With more than 30 years of industry experience, we provide the tried and proven processes and structure builders need to keep the business running while continually developing those processes to meet our clients’ evolving needs. Receptionist should have strong written and verbal communications skills. They should be able to multi-task and get along well with others. Always remain courteous and professional and be able to ask for help when needed.
The receptionist is the first person seen and must convey professionalism. Training and support on construction accounts payable is provided, but this candidate must be well organized, a quick learner, and have good time management skills. This position requires heavy communication with vendors and builders as well as accounting tasks.
Duties
- Greeting visitors and guests and directing them to the appropriate office.
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department.
- Receiving, sorting, and filing mail.
- Successfully updating vendor information into our database.
- Providing administrative support including recordkeeping, scanning and other clerical tasks.
- Maintain the lobby area, conference room, and the break room.
- Make sure all areas are stocked with the proper supplies.
- Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus as this person shall assist Account Managers with account payables, statement reviews as well as vendor compliance tracking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
- Experience in accounting, account payables and/or account receivables is a plus
