About the Role:

R2Net is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A Team on a temporary basis, approximately three to six months. This role will report into the Manager of FP&A and support our financial reporting processes by entering, validating, and maintaining financial data, as well as assisting in the preparation of various financial and operational reports. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excel skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and at times analyze financial and operational data in systems and spreadsheets
• Assist in the preparation and generation of financial and operational reports
• Validate and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing data and correcting data when necessary
• Maintain and create organized records of processes followed for data entry and collection
• Support the FP&A team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks and projects
• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency. This collaboration may involve coordinating with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure accurate data entry and resolve any discrepancies
  
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent certification; associates degree preferred
• Previous experience working with reports and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel, with familiarity over basic excel formulas (lookups, index/match, etc.)
  
  
  

Benefits

Base pay range: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
