The Data Scientist will provide critical support for the FDICs Barrier Analysis initiative by conducting advanced data analysis to identify patterns, triggers, and barriers in workforce representation. This role involves leveraging statistical and computational tools to analyze workforce demographics, hiring processes, and organizational practices to provide actionable insights that drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze workforce data in alignment with EEOC Management Directive 715 and FDIC Action Plan goals.
- Identify and evaluate specific triggers and barriers in hiring, retention, promotion, and compensation processes.
- Develop and utilize statistical models, data visualization tools, and reporting frameworks to present findings clearly and effectively.
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, and integration from multiple sources to support comprehensive analyses.
- Collaborate with key personnel, including the Program Manager and Senior I / O Psychologist, to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into project deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for FDIC leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with federal guidelines and best practices in data analysis and DEIA initiatives.
