IT Service Desk Specialist
As an IT Service Specialist, you will work with the IT Operations team. You will demonstrate curiosity and passion for technology. Essential Job Functions
- Providing technical support for technical issues via our ticketing system
- Resolve tickets submitted to IT team and coordinating with employees to find resolutions in a timely manner
- Coordinating with other members of the IT team to solve IT issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field
- Strong Customer Service skills; preferably in another work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile OS (iOS/Android).
- Experience with Google Workspace is preferred
- Preferred experience in troubleshooting issues but not required
- Hands-on experience solving real-world technical challenges in a dynamic IT environment.
- Exposure to technology such as OKTA, Google Workspace, Office 365, Netskope, Cisco Meraki, KnowBe4, JAMF, Intune
- Mentorship from experienced members of the IT Team to help you develop your technical and professional skills
- Insight and experience on how IT Operations works to support the business
