Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and cash handling efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification for age verification.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $6.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
