Client Service Representatives

(Pay Range: $42K - $45K/year)

Weinberg Financial Group has immediate Client Service Representative openings for its
Jamestown, NY corporate office. The Client Service Representative supports the core functions
of the administrative team. With direction from the Lead Financial Professionals/Managing
Directors, and working independently, the Client Service Representative is expected to provide
outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

1. Provide a welcoming atmosphere to existing and prospective clients while on the
phone and in-person.

2. Prepare client meeting packets and presentation materials.
3. Track correspondence and follow-up on meeting action items.
4. Maintain the Firm’s reporting tools to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Receive/execute client requests for online access; and troubleshoot log-on issues.
6. Open and update accounts; transfer funds in and out of accounts.
7. Assist in resolving client service issues and/or alerting management.
8. Perform investment research related to client investments or potential investments.
9. Work collegially to support a culture of teamwork and high performance.
10. Assist in executing business development strategies and actions.

Education and Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant
coursework is preferred. Must also have at least two (2) years office experience, preferably in a
client service role. Special consideration will be given to candidates with knowledge of
investments, insurance, trusts, bank products, financial planning and CRM experience

Skills/Competencies

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients and management

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing technology platforms.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Intermediate level Excel skills
