We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development and best practices, including Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, administrators, and architects to optimize CRM processes and enhance system functionality.
<>Key Responsibilities:Develop & Customize Salesforce Solutions:
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts based on business requirements.
- Implement declarative and programmatic automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Integrations & APIs:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Work with external systems to synchronize data and optimize performance.
Data Management & Security:
- Ensure proper data migration, transformation, and quality using SOQL, SOSL, and ETL tools.
- Implement role-based access, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain data security.
Testing & Deployment:
- Write unit tests for Apex classes and triggers to ensure code coverage and best practices.
- Deploy solutions using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and Architects to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical debt.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows).
- Experience with Salesforce security models, roles, and permissions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD1) is required; PD2 is a plus.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Commerce Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for LWC development.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Talend, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
