  • Rabco Payroll Services is seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition in the 50-500 employee segment. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing — selling a modern Human Capital Management (HCM) platform combined with premium payroll and HR services.

    You'll partner directly with company leadership, leverage referral relationships, and have the freedom to run your territory like your own business. We built this role for experienced sales professionals who want control, flexibility, and the ability to earn like a true top performer.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Generating new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships

    • Running discovery calls and product demos with HR and Finance leaders

    • Managing a full sales cycle with a consultative, solution-driven approach

    • Building relationships with CPAs, brokers, HR consultants, and referral partners

    • Collaborating with operations & implementation teams for a seamless client experience

    • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas with uncapped earnings potential


  • 4 years of successful B2B sales experience required — in payroll, HCM, HRIS, SaaS, or HR/Finance technology

  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business in the mid-market (50-500 employee companies)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills — confident selling to business owners, CFOs, Controllers, and HR leaders

  • Consultative selling style with a focus on discovery and solution development

  • Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, high-performance environment without micromanagement

  • Comfortable with technology and HubSpot CRM tools for pipeline management

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
