What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A.?
Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A. is looking to hire a litigation attorney for our Clearwater or Lakewood Ranch office.
While the firm's practice is focused on the representation of community associations, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to practice across multiple practice areas, including: covenant enforcement, construction defect, breach of contract, discrimination, subrogation, and foreclosure.
Strong preference given to applicants with 3 years experience in litigation (from pre-suit through to trial).
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Experienced litigation attorneys are encouraged to apply, but the firm will consider attorneys with less experience provided you have the drive and dedication necessary to learn.
WE OFFER:
Competitive salary based on experience: $80,000-$130,000 base.
