The Collateral Desk Specialist is a member of the Document Risk Control department within the Rural Operations team supporting the origination and servicing of agricultural loans and collateral documentation for the direct lending Rural business.

As a Collateral Desk Specialist you will be successful at performing actions and tasks associated with ensuring that loan collateral is secured properly. You will process various collateral related requests in support of the Rural lending business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order, review and provide recommendations related to UCC Searches, and prepare and file UCC-1s, UCC-1Fs, and UCC-3s.
• Order, review and provide recommendations on title commitments and title opinions.
• Drafting partial release documents in accordance with Credit approval.

To be considered for the Collateral Desk Specialist role, you must have

• 2 years of experience related to agricultural lending, Uniform Commercial Code (searches, preparation, and filing), understanding real estate title commitments and opinions, preparing and understanding release documentation, and other financial, banking or loan processing or review activities.
• Associate’s degree in related field.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $31.00– $36.00 per hour

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
