Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator

Job Summary:
The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions across all Race Winning Brands locations. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify vendor invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment
• Assign general ledger accounts to non-PO invoices and expense reports
• Collaborate with the Purchasing department on requisitions and pricing exceptions
• Work with the Receiving department on receipts and cut-off periods to ensure accurate financial reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
* 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable-receivable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Strong communication and analytical skills
