Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of shipping, receiving, picking, and packing functions. As a member of our operations team, you will be an essential part of our warehouse activities and will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure work procedures are being followed and expedite workflow.
- Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Receive, unload, and place incoming material.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct physical inventory.
- Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again.
- Contribute to the daily output of the department.
- Communicate and work with management and non-management associates.
- Follow company safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education desired.
- 1 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- UPS Worldship experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a logical manner.
