Payments Systems Intern - Summer 2025

RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Payments Team Intern assists in the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis around all payment acceptance types. Day to day and project analysis around payment acceptance will support Finance and other departments as well as add overall value to the organization. The position helps to ensure timely and accurate reporting and helps to create new and enhanced reporting. Learning about multiple aspects of payment acceptance at our stores, this individual’s responsibilities will include investigating unusual activity, supporting internal account reconciliation, and conducting vendor fee and payment trend analysis that will be shared with management and senior management both within and outside of the Payments Team. In this role the Intern will also create a competitive landscape review of payment types accepted at pumps, in-store, on-line and in-app. Responsibilities: Responsibilities Support the designated departments’ specific project needs. Actively contribute to day-to-day functions within the department role. Identifies and executes individual projects as requested by department leadership. Provides support with special projects as needed.
