Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the office system.
- Handle filing duties, organizing documents efficiently for easy retrieval.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including copying, filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee outgoing mail processing.
- Manage office supply inventory.
- Learn to assemble tax return documents and processes for handling same.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred;
- Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize duties effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
