As a Junior Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while also developing your skills and knowledge in commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process changes, renewals, and maintain accurate records
- Track client requests and respond in a timely manner
- Produce binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items
- Handle License & Permit Bonds
- Check on customer billing issues

Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty License
- 3 years of commercial insurance customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with Applied Epic preferred
