Job Description
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will assume an even higher level of responsibility within the customer service team, demonstrating expertise in commercial insurance and providing comprehensive support to customers with complex needs.
You will assist the Account Managers with changes, audits, more complex certificates, billing issues, premium finance agreements, renewal certificate setup, and maintaining activities all while providing superior customer service. Other job duties may include claims and loss runs.
