The successful candidate will have previous supervisory level and civil construction experience, strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to manage multiple operations.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Oversee site grading activities for various construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Inspect work in progress to identify potential issues.
- Manage a team of approximately 5 to 15 workers (operators and laborers).
