Financial Advisor Assistant

Rachor Financial is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our firm’s client relations team as a Financial Advisor Assistant. The Financial Advisor Assistant will work closely with the advisors on a daily basis helping them service our clients and will play an integral part of our day-to-day operations.

 

Qualifications for ideal candidates must include:

  • Passion for Financial Planning and Investment Management
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organized, Efficient and Professional Work Ethic
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy while balancing multiple tasks and projects
  • Self-motivated, diligent, hard-working, accountable, positive attitude
  • Strong customer service skills required

 

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in financial services
  • Minimum familiarity with account types, mutual funds, stocks, financial planning, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Finance, or Accounting – current or expected within 2 years

 

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Attend and take notes during client meetings with advisor
  • Be main point of contact for clients when calling/emailing with questions and requests
  • Maintain CRM(Redtail), enter new clients, update job flows and log communication & activity
  • Organize and scan information as needed to client files
  • Work with advisor to prepare financial proposals, lifetime cash flow plans, and tax projections.
  • Request client information from custodians and other product companies.
  • Assist with new client onboarding, including generating paperwork and contracts
  • Work closely with other departments within the company to complete client tasks
  • Assist advisor with other duties as needed

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week Monday through Friday with the possibility of over-time when needed)

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
