Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly, energetic, and helpful way
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Guide guests through the check-in process ensuring proper record keeping and waivers are received.
- Educate first-time customers on the basics of Sim Racing and our Simulator setup
- Schedule guests for upcoming session through our booking system in person or by phone
- Ability to learn our systems and operate our Simulator Management Software
- Record sales accurately and process transactions quickly in our POS
- Serve bottled and canned beverages at our bar
- Assist with large parties and special events, as needed
- Respond to and resolve issues with simulators and problem solve solutions that ensure guest satisfaction
- Support in maintaining cleanliness of the entire space
- Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.
- Motivated to learn and develop new skills and agility to take on new and interesting challenges.
- Proficiency in using computer software with attention to detail.
- Ability to derive insights through customer feedback that lead to improvements in customer experience.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages relevant to our clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems related to venue management.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.95 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19 – 25 per week
