Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The Quality Control Technician will be measured on the following KPIs:

- Adherence to quality control procedures.
- Accuracy of quality control results.
- Timeliness of quality control reports.
- Collaboration with the QC Supervisor, Production, and Winemaking teams.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Control Technician and/or Wine Lab Technician.
- Familiarity with FT vision systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, both analytical and line specific.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
