Rack Electric is seeking an Experience Dispatcher in the HVAC that deal with residential/commercial customers, scheduling, technicians, conflict resolution.
We value the ability to maintain an organized daily schedule, is responsive to our team needs and enables us to timely resolve customer concerns, within a professional work environment.
This position is to answer phones, coordinate technicians’ schedules with the needs of new and existing customers while being a liaison between customers, technicians, and management.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Scheduling
- Service Titan experience a plus
- Answering phones timely and with professionalism
- Maintains excellent communication skills to aid in customer service, employee relations, and administrative duties
- Exceptional customer service
- Efficient completion of data entry and is computer savvy
- Accurate electronic documentation
- Manage and maintain calendar and appointments
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting
- Able to remain calm under pressure during hectic periods of business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- We prefer someone with experience in the HVAC industry.
