Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for Paid Search & Shopping to join our growing in-house digital marketing team. This position’s primary responsibilities include daily management and execution for Paid Search & Shopping through data driven tactical optimizations as well as assisting with relevant product feed updates, internal reporting, budget pacing and forecasts.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • :Manage and execute all aspects of PPC campaigns for Search & Shopping including keyword research, campaign buildouts, ad creation, budget pacing and bid management across Google Ads & Bing Ad
  • sOptimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score & Impression Shar
  • eCompile ad hoc, weekly and monthly reports summarizing performance across Paid Search & Shopping channel
  • sCreate & launch ads for Evergreen & Promotions through Ad Copy, Extensions & Merchant Cente
  • rAudit & optimize product feeds as needed in coordination with ecommerce and other digital team
  • sMaintain a healthy product feed through Feedonomics & Google Merchant Center and address any issue
  • sProactively research and execute based on industry changes and competitio
  • nParticipate in review, planning and strategy meeting
  • sWork with the key stakeholders across the company to set clear objectives/KPIs, report results and make recommendations for improvemen
  • tStays knowledgeable of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach target

QUALIFICATION

  • S: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant fi
  • eld3 years direct experience managing Google Search & Shopping campaigns with budgets exceeding $50,000/mo
  • nthProficiency with feed platforms such as CommerceHub, Feedonomics, GoDataFeed or DataFeedWa
  • tchProficiency with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analyt
