About The Job
The Operations Program Manager ("OPM") will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational management of our contract manufacturers & fabricated components vendors - both engineering prototypes and volume production - ensuring product is available per planned schedule as aligned with our customer facing team. This role involves close coordination with Engineering, Materials, and Procurement groups on the supply side, and our customer facing organization on the fulfillment side. Key is the ability to manage our CM's in a fast paced development and volume production environment, with multiple concurrent priorities, involving communications across the organization and into the supply base. The ideal candidate is experienced in both strategic planning and tactical problem solving regarding NPI & volume production operations, and this individual thrives on proactive, constructive cross-collaboration with multiple engineering, materials, supply chain, procurement, and customer facing functions.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall CM performance, crafting with the CM plans to increase production yields while lowering product cost through any number of areas of opportunity (improved yields, material cost reductions, process optimization, OEE, etc).
- Drive CM daily input / output, quality / MRB, and yield reporting.
- Engage with CM for capacity planning to accommodate non-level loading cycles at maximum efficiency.
- Function as primary point of escalation for between Radar and the CM's for all issues involving product availability, quality, and cost..
- Identify and track CM operational risks, develop risk mitigation plans, report status vs. plan

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 135,000.00 . Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including : equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
