- Coordinate shipments of chemicals to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to arrange transportation
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays, disruptions, or issues
- Work closely with Sales, Supply, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order delivery execution
