Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. The CSR is often the first and last point of contact for our clients, and plays a vital role in creating a warm and professional experience from the moment they walk in the door or call on the phone.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a love for both people and pets. If you're reliable, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage the clinic calendar
Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Check clients and patients in and out while managing accurate payment transactions
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using veterinary software
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client flow and excellent care
Help ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office and lobby area
Provide emotional support to clients and maintain confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous veterinary front desk or client service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and friendly in high-stress or emotionally sensitive situations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable
Proficient in basic computer use and comfortable learning new systems
Passionate about animal care and team collaboration
