Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage the clinic calendar
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Check clients and patients in and out while managing accurate payment transactions
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using veterinary software
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client flow and excellent care
- Help ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office and lobby area
- Provide emotional support to clients and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Previous veterinary front desk or client service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and friendly in high-stress or emotionally sensitive situations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable
- Proficient in basic computer use and comfortable learning new systems
- Passionate about animal care and team collaboration
