At Radiance Funding, We specialize in financing solutions to medium-sized businesses. We work closely with brokers to ensure smooth and efficient funding. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ISO Representative to join our in-office team and help expand our broker network.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, in-office ISO Representative to manage existing broker relationships and recruit new ISOs to partner with us. No prior MCA experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and eager to grow in the alternative finance space.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new ISOs/brokers to expand our funding network.
- Manage relationships with existing broker partners and help them maximize their deal flow.
- Educate brokers on our funding guidelines, deal structures, and submission process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for ISOs, handling inquiries and assisting with deals.
- Monitor broker performance and provide feedback to improve submissions.
- Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary – we provide training. Experience in MCA, sales, or finance is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, driven, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
- Comfortable working in an office setting with a high-energy team.
- Basic understanding of financial services is a plus but not required.
