Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase customer base and revenue
- Foster a customer-focused team environment as a leader
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle customer inquiries, and ensure medical questions are appropriately communicated with the medical director
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales management roles, particularly within the Aesthetics industry
- Proven experience and success in sales and team leadership are required
