What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Analyst position at Radiance Technologies?
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following): Serve as a Management Analyst for a Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formation (HMIF) Program Office. Primary responsibilities in support of project office include:
Maintain daily and operational calendars and manage scheduling for HMIF Program Office Leadership- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of HMIF Program Office Leadership IAW established templates, formats, and policy
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings (Teams)
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to Program Leaders
- Manage senior leader travel in DTS
- Responsible for assisting senior program specialists with assessing, preparing, and providing mission short- and long-range goals, mission and personnel calendars, objectives, and initiatives to be presented to senior leadership.
- Organize, attend, and participate in organizational staff calls, stand-ups, and project office tag-ups, working groups, ad hoc, IPTs or similar venues; assess action items from meetings and engage in the resolution process; and, propose responses to inquiries based on actions assigned. Prepare notes or after-action summaries, track actions items, and making recommendations on response for closure.
- Maintain internal task tracker, assign tasks to appropriate team members, Track to completion.
- Assist with daily office operations and prioritization of events based on known activities or guidance provided such as synchronization and integration of events and activities for the Project Office through coordination, consolidation, and collaboration of information.
- Create, compose, consolidate, and review documentation, e.g., correspondence, briefings, response to inquiries, and talking points for correctness, format, spelling, and grammar before sending out for approval or signature.
- Assist with special projects where multiple functions are involved, coordinating actions, clarifying responsibilities and timelines for completion, and consolidating data, as necessary, and reviews to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability. Consistently developing and sustaining cooperative working relationships and ensuring visitor authorization requests (VARS) are prepared, when needed.
- Assist in the efficient operations/administration of the Project Office. Recommend policy and business practice changes to enhance Operations efficiencies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Active Secret Clearance
Required Experience
- Previous experience working with and in an office led by high-ranking Senior Leadership.
- Experience working internal/external taskers
- Experience managing CIV travel in DTS
- Experience serving and managing mission/information demands of executive members of the Army or DoD staff
