Job Description
We are seeking a Clearance Operations Analyst to join our Clearance Operations Team , which manages the trade matching process for Wealth Management Fixed Income and Equity trading flows .The team collaborates with the business, technology, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely trade clearance before settlement .Responsibilities
Support the trade matching process for equities and fixed income trading.Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely clearance of trades before settlement.Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Identify and resolve trade discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Provide data analysis and reporting to track trade performance and highlight areas for improvement.Adapt to a fast-paced environment , focusing on innovation and process optimization .Qualifications and Skills
General knowledge of financial markets, investment products, equities, and optionsStrong leadership skills and experience in people managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly self-motivated with a strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced settingStrong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, peers, and managementProblem-solving mindset with strong reasoning abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VB plus)Education and Other Requirements
