Job Title: User Centered Designer
Job Location: 3000 N. Sam Houston Parkway E. Houston TX USA 77032
Shift: 8am – 5PM This the role is 100% onsite
Top three skills needed to perform this role:
- User-Centered Design (UCD) Expertise: Proficiency in conducting user research, creating personas, journey mapping, and usability testing. Ability to gather insights and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Advanced Interaction and Visual Design Skills: Mastery in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Knowledge of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design for various platforms.
- Strategic Thinking and Collaboration: Ability to align design solutions with business goals and stakeholder requirements. Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business leaders.
