Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and mentor staff.
- Develop and lead community partnerships.
- Providing coordination of services to the clients referred for group and individual counseling.
- Engaging in ongoing assessments, this includes gathering data.
- Attending staff meetings, leadership team meetings and board meetings as requested.
- Assuring files are complete, accurate and confidential.
- Monitoring fidelity for evidenced based programing.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate services within the team,
- Ensure staff is trained in and understand program objectives, performance standards and practices.
- Identify organizational operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
- Assist with planning and coordinating feedback meetings to promote ongoing communication.
- Embraces and supports the staff in implementing the philosophy of Trauma Informed Care.
- Document all clients contact and session notes.
- Other responsibilities which may arise in order to promote and maintain Community Based Services.

- Bachelor’s degree in social service or mental health discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in community based mental health work.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, with good problem-solving skills.
